Terms & Conditions
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Catch and Shoot Communications ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By engaging our services, you ("Client") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Services
We provide social media management services, including but not limited to content strategy, management, ads management, consultations, analytics reporting, and community engagement. Services will be outlined in detail within the proposal or agreement shared with each Client.
Payment terms

All fees will be detailed in the agreement and must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule.

Late payments may incur a late fee after a pre-determined grace period.

Services may be paused or terminated for non-payment.
Client responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide timely access to necessary materials, branding assets, and platforms.

The Client confirms they own or have authoriasation to use any content provided to the Company for publishing or promotion.
Intellectual property

Content created by Catch and Shoot Communications remains the property of the Company until full payment is received.

Ownership of original content transfers to the Client upon payment completion. However, templates, strategies, and proprietary processes remain the intellectual property of the Company.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the course of engagement. The Company will not disclose or use the Client’s information for any purpose outside of the scope of the services.
Cancellation and termination
Mid-Subscription Cancellations - If the Client wishes to cancel their subscription before the end of their contracted term (6, 12, or 24 months), they may choose one of the following options:

Cease Services: All work will stop immediately, and no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription.

Continue Services: Services will continue as agreed for the remainder of the subscription term.
Renewal Notice - One month before the subscription renewal date, the Company will send a notification to the Client to confirm their intentions for the upcoming term. If no response is received before the renewal date, the subscription will automatically renew for the same term, subject to the terms outlined in the initial agreement.
Liability

Catch and Shoot Communications is not liable for:

Third-party platform issues, downtime, or policy changes.

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sydney, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in Australian courts.
